The show managed to make me care for shae, I didn't give a fuck about her in the books, but I'm a bit worried if they'll keep the book ending after it, because while it was horrible, it was also kind of powerful

I'm on the fence about Talisa but I actually like Robb marrying her because he loves her v.s honour. Especially coupled with "Father's dead." when Catelyn tries to change his mind. I feel like it mirrors Arya's line of "What killed your father?" "Loyalty" because it makes me feel like the Stark kids get that while their father was a good man, that may not work in Westeros.

hmm... I guess I sympathise more with book!Robb than with show!Robb (even though I love Richard), because book!Robb is just so in over his head and actually knows that he screws up, but can't not do the honourable thing, because of how he was raised, while show!Robb just seems really reckless? (Not trading the girls, because of what his men might think, but not caring what braking his word will make them do.) I guess ageing him up didn't help either.
I do think that Robb's feelings for Jeyne were genuine, just that he wouldn't have acted on them, if Theon hadn't taken Winterfell.
Plus, I thought both Cat and Robb screwing up when they got the news about Bran & Rickon was a nice parallel.
because it makes me feel like the Stark kids get that while their father was a good man, that may not work in Westeros.
That's an interesting take on it tbh, the Stark kids definitely seem more disillusioned on the show.
I suspect they might combine Val's character with Ygritte's. The showrunners seem to be fans of Rose Leslie, and it would save them from having to introduce another new character in a season where they are already bringing in a shit-ton.
Isn't she in the first scene Jon has with Mance though? Iirc Dalla, Val, Jarl and Styr are all there. I can see them leaving out Jarl, but not Val, because Gilly seems to be back?

Theon/Sansa
She'd be awesome at ruling, I want her and Asha to interact, and he needs someone to make his decisions for him. And Robb or Jon could always kick his ass if he screws up.
IDEK the kinkmeme really made me love this pairing.
And two from youremyqueen:
Jon/Theon - Jon marches to war with Robb and tries to set aside his private war with Theon, but quickly realizes that he's not very good at either of those things. http://archiveofourown.org/works/415369
Jon/Ygritte (the only Ygritte fix from her POV I know) - She's seen Crows before, old men and boys as green as the Southron grasses that she's only ever heard of in stories, but never one so pretty as Jon Snow. http://archiveofourown.org/works/412320
