August 18th: All sign-ups begin
September 18th: Author sign-ups close
September 1st: Checkpoint #1
September 21st: Checkpoint #2
October 30th: Checkpoint #3
November 26th: Author Drafts due
November 26th: Artist sign-ups close/Art Claims begin
December 2nd: All artists and authors paired up.

oh god, i hope you'll organize this again at some point. wanted to sign up as artist but i don't think i can do much in the middle of nanowrimo :(((

Sign up anyway! We're lacking for artists right now, so I would encourage you to do so. If you find that November is too busy, we can make arrangements for an extension-even put you and your author at the end of the posting schedule which would give you more time.

Also, these dates may change, you could end up with an extra week or two on top of what is already there with the extension.
