My heart has been heavy these last few weeks, aching for friends who are going through hard times. This will be a rather rambling, from-the-heart post, so please bear with me

This post made my eyes well with tears. I will be praying for Verne and Linda. Thanks for posting the picture; it definitely helps to be able to visualise someone and I can see the beauty you described, shining from their happy faces!

Cancer is such a horrible thing to face, and to go through with someone as well.
I have heard many stories of people who say the cancer gave much more than it took away. That is something truly from our Heavenly Father!
