What is your "I Blog for Books" icon about? Do you get free books for posting their icon?

If you click on the icon and go to the site you can read more about the program. Joe and I just both signed up for it last month and have been having a lot of fun with it so far - this and the booksneeze.com site. Both sites will send a free book to anyone who has a blog and promises to write up an honest review of the book. You need to also post the review on amazon or another commercial site. Then you give the review links to booksneeze or Blogging For Books, and you're then able to request a new book to review - all for free! It's been a fun way for us to get some free books, especially new ones that we might not have "splurged" and bought otherwise.

I just picked up this book at Barnes and Noble yesterday evening and skimmed through it and just in 15 minutes I came away humbled, truly thankful for all the Lord has given me, and also encouraged by one man's outlook, attitude, and how God has used him.

Yes, it really is encouraging, isn't it? God is certainly using him to encourage many, many people. Very inspiring.
