crepes class was good at CM south anonymous January 11 2009, 23:57:27 UTC
This is delia and i've taken a hands on class at the Central Market south where we made crepes. Everybody made their own and we got to take them home. Also the chef made us all try to flip them in the pan like the pros do so that was kinda fun. I've only taken the knife skills hands on at CM central which was fine.

I haven't taken any at WF but am more willing to try now after your review.
