dinner

I made a mixed green salad for lunch today, with tomato, cucumber and green pepper, and half a chicken breast. It was good, but I was hungry like 15 minutes later. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Maybe I need more protein, like a couple of hard-boiled eggs or more chicken. Or maybe I get more full on carbs? Man, I love carbs ( Read more... )

Yeah I know, I usually make them with spinach for extra protein. maybe throw in a piece of bread. But maybe yesterday I was just super hungry because I was hungry again right after dinner.
