I fully admit to being a math idiot, but looking up the info online, there are 3.8 litres in 1 U.S. gallon and if we're paying $1.13 per litre ....

I am not talking about Florida, California, Texas, && such.
There are states that are paying much more than we are.

Hybrids are pointless, all it does is move the source of the problem to a different place. You'll still end up paying for it regardless.
