That is so awesome! I have heard lots of stories about people overcoming eye sight deterioration through dedication to stretching exercises, and I fully believe in the body's healing ability. Willpower is so much of our health, because so much of it is spiritual!

I'm glad you are seeing the end in view. I have really missed your presence on here - don't be a stranger forever!

Darn straight.

I spend most of my time productively nowadays. Gotta focus more on paving my future. I'll drop by here and there.

would you mind letting me know what those stretches are? I heard this the other day as well...

I really enjoy reading about your massage career, and how you are building into it, very helpful!

There is an array of resources on the internet. Try them all and work out what is best for you. The ones that i have thus far found the best are relaxing the eyes. Just try and pinpoint all your tense spots, watch your eyes for squinting and tell yourself to never squint. The reiki hands over the eyes works well for relaxing.

Say to yourself: I allow myself to see.

The best one by far has been depth perception: Find an object you can make into 3d - or any object really. I use a spiral. Now focus on one small point without squinting, then let your eyes relax and come out, noticing everything around it while focusing on nothing. Even let your eyes relax to the point of blurriness. Really take in the whole image before you practice depth perception, follow the spiral or object around the outside and then horizontal, diagonal and circular movements.

Using black on white and vice versa is great. Also using colors is good!

Cheers!

hey baby
how was latin dancing at Oz's? sorry i couldnt make it

looking at the big picture is awesome. i do the same, except my big picture is God. i dont know what career He wants me in, or what He wants me to do next year, and if i focus on that i get stressed and a bit scared. But if i focus on the big picture, on God, i am at peace because HE has a plan for me and i am on the right path, and i trust in Him and what i do know :)
