Good grief it's actually stopped raining!! Despite the high levels of sneeziness I am going to bravely attempt some gardening before the next layer of monsoon hits us. Thank goodness we live on a hill, never been so grateful.

It should surely be a truth universally acknowledged that on hot, windy days there is not the usual heap of washing that would benefit from drying out on the line!!

Yesterday I saw the Avengers film!!! I actually saw it this time - but not in 3D which was the screen that malfunctioned last week. It's a great film but I don't think I'd like to see it in 3D, that might just have been a bit terrifying ( Read more... )
