Highly unlikely. If anything like this were to come to court, it would be thrown out immediately and your family would be laughing stocks. Plus if you are worried about being sent to the hospital, they would not lock you up for getting a mat wet.

I strongly suggest you move out though. No one needs the abuse you deal with.

floor getting damp causes the tiles
to buckle and nearly tripped several
times (she told me this) as an arguement
that I am a danger to others?

Why do you believe everything your parents say when it is quite clear they are fucking with you? They are emotionally and mentally abusing you. They are using your autism as an excuse to be jackasses to you. This is exactly what many parents do to their handicapped children (particularly their mentally handicapped ones) and it has been found to be illegal.
