I'll just say this. If you don't give yourself a Gimme day once in a while, away from the diet, you'll eventualy give it up because you'll crave the foods too much. There is nothing wrong with eating one bad meal, as long as you don't make it a every day habit. Once week even is fine. It isn't going to make you suddenly balloon up by cheating one meal out of a week.
