Russel likes making fun of Shuichi for no other reason than he can. As many mean things as he says about Shuichi, he actually doesn't really have an opinion on him.
Billy thinks Shuichi is a nice guy, though the pink hair is a little odd. But the Young Avengers are big on how being different is a good thing, so he can respect that.
Sai... I don't think has met any of yours? I cannot remember and can't work up the energy to look through his threads right now.
Epros... Has talked with Imoen briefly a few times. Likes her in a mildly interested way but has no real opinion. Will eventually ask her about her magic abilities. He needs to meet Billy like burning.
Twins Billy- Speed's older brother (no, I don't know exactly how they decided that) and he definitely acts like he wants to be so bonus points there. Such an idiot for telling Teddy about the twin thing but he's also a goody-good and a twin and they like him so he got away with it. They sorta want to poke at him to loosen him up a bit but haven't gotten the chance. Of all the twins in camp they like Billy and Tommy the most because they're fighters and Tommy pings them in a lot of ways. If push came to shove and they needed help in a fight they would accept Billy as an ally. No trust forthcoming though, unless Billy starts actively cultivating it

Nokoru and Imoen have heard about Sai from Rosalyn. Imoen's my character who can see ghosts, but she hasn't gotten around to meeting Sai anyway

Poor Billy. Teddy wasn't going to bring it up to him at all but then Tommy pushed and the wedding and yeah. XD But he got what he was looking for, that Billy feels the same way about maybe marrying someday waaay in the future, went "=D" and fully intends never to bring it up until it's actually an issue. Watch that fail because it seems like half the people he's talked to recently think they'll be the next couple to get married in camp. Which makes him want to flail and blush and stammer.
His current thoughts are that it's a settled issue and any further talk is redundant and dangit, would you people stop bringing it up?
River really only has an impression of Billy, and it's a generally positive one. She hasn't really seen him since he tried to take on the barrier, because I have failed at playing her, but she liked him after that. The fanboys and the fact that they know about her is something that she's oddly okay with, especially as it means that they are more likely to be tolerant of her and try to understand her when she's communicating badly. Teddy also made a very positive impression on her, which will make her more likely to come seek them both out in the future.
Sophie was confused by Wiccan and his Jedi pants when she met him, but she's heard a bit about him through both Tommy (who she is quite fond of) and Hulkling (who, as a generally sweet person and fellow shapeshifter, she will probably become quite fond of). She would like to get to know him better

Billy loved talking to River, and thought it was awesome that they had a real conversation even with him unable to talk. Definitely a fan, and for some reason I can picture them having some pretty meta conversations.
...I don't remember much about Sophie and Wiccan's conversation, but I'm pretty sure he has a positive impression of her.
Imoen has kind of come to see the Gargamels as a kind of family, and as such, they're kind of stuck with her. She really likes that they can tease each other, because it's a nice change of pace from her usual poking of Sophie's social misfit brothers. Sophie and Christine's soul issue is something she thinks about a lot because of her own missing soul, but she recognizes that it's a completely different situation, which throws her a bit. If I remember correctly, Sophie's moved out of the hospital into the hotel, right? Imoen's a lot more likely to go through with that prank they were talking about because of that.
I really need to toss River at Billy and Teddy more, because I think she could have a lot of fun with them. The potential for meta is definitely great.
It was in the clothespile, and was pleasant enough. He was friendly, but confused her with Jedi pants, because she has no pop-culture knowledge. Someone really needs to make her watch movies eventually.
Sophie has moved into the hotel! And she's pretty much waiting for Imoen to come after her, so whenever you have time, feel free to set something fun on her.
Not much difference from my relationship meme... Thor has a growing respect for Billy, and really likes Imoen. Even if he grumbles about her new kick of teasing him, it's in a good-natured sort of way.
Ricochet's very happy to have another Earth 616 hero around in Wiccan. Speed let him know about Billy's relationship with Teddy, which surprised him a little--but more from the fact that Teddy's an alien than a guy. All in all, Rico's glad to see him.
Not much has changed for Billy--he's still just a big fanboy. He still feels a little bad about the Asgardian thing, but he's mostly trying to adjust to the part where Thor in camp isn't an Avenger and Speed did a really good job of getting it into Billy's head that there's this possibility camp could turn Thor into the crazy clone Thor from Civil War

Dee really has no thoughts on Russel or Nokoru, and he hasn't met Imoen or Billy. Tolle hasn't met any of them either, I don't think?
Dee thinks Izumi's kinda...interesting. He likes her, and thinks she's probably one of those women he shouldn't mess with or else he'll get his ass handed to him. But yeah, he likes her. XD They need to talk more.
