Zexion doesn’t fantasize anymore. He doesn’t think about the possibilities for the future and he doesn’t dream of someone to hold in his arms. Zexion doesn’t hold fantasies and illusions of the unreal; he doesn’t entertain thoughts of impossible goals. Zexion doesn’t think about a certain blonde fohawked sitar player as he closes his eyes to sleep.
Zexion doesn’t dream of the future because he has someone who does it for him. He doesn’t dream of someone to hold in his arms because all he has to do is call a name and a certain “someone” will conveniently appear. He doesn’t hold illusions of the unreal because, suddenly, the unreal is real. He doesn’t entertain impossible goals because he has reached them. Zexion doesn’t dream or fantasize or hope because he doesn’t need to. Demyx has made his fantasies real.
