I must say that 2009 has been a really knowledgeable year for me. With the load from BSC and SIP has really taught me a lot of things. Like how both the workload is slowly killing me but I got to survive cos there's like 23 more days of SIP to go and I can concentrate on BSC better :) It's really not easy to think through everything about BSC
