#36; Bestest Koolest Kidz Part I
Been back for a week already & Idk what I've been doing for the whole week. If you're in my life now, you would probably know that I'm pretty messed up for the whole week. Being a total wreck when nightfalls & what nots & I'm hoping for next week to be better! And I will make it better :) Should stop going on & on about how sucky my week has been.
So we took an afternoon flight to BKK :)
We had Popeyes tgr with Caroli & NB who were there to send us off! :)
Here's us while the guys when to the toilet :)
And we pretty much all knocked off in the plane because we woke up really early haha excited much! :) And oh wells, before we know it we've already arrived at BKKKKKK :D SAWADEEKAAA :)
The guys happily waited for everyone to alight off the plane before they alighted! Hahaha irritating bunch!! And it was a realllllly long walk to the immigration! We booked our personal van to drive us to the hotel because we had the 6 of us & humongous luggages! And booked our River Tour :) So it was luxurious having the van to our own & stupid Peanut's attempt to ask about the riot over there hahaha the driver totally ignored him.

So we're staying 5D4N @ Best Western Mayfair Suite :) It's some budget hotel but its pretty good for a budget hotel! Like there's free internet & wifi service! We paid like $130 each for 2 rooms with extra beds & breakfast! Awesome much? :D The only bad point about the hotel is that there are no connecting rooms :( And oh did I mention, they have free tuktuk service also!! Because the hotel is located in an alley, they provide free tuktuk service out! And its good enough because our hotel is just opposite Platinum Mall :)
So we unpacked, headed for our free welcome drinks & off to MBK to meet my parents! They took an entirely different flight from us & they were only there for 4D3N! And they were very nice to pay for most of our F&B hahaha :) Yay love Daddy & Mummy :)

Can you imagine all 6 of us squeezing into 1 cab? Hahaha I couldn't before I went BKK but ohwells, we've been doing that for all our cab rides hahaha! With these 2 girls sitting at the front seat hahaha! Kool hor?
We shopped @ MBK for like probably 2 hours or so? Didn't really take pictures of the mall was busy looking for things to buy! Hahaha!! And Twin, I only managed to try the crepe once :(
And here's the damn cool girls shop that we found @ MBK! Its called Body Buffet! :) Go there when you go BKK! The masks & scrubs all damn good hahaha! Bought quite a few! And they have VERY PRETTY NAIL POLISH :) Selling for damn cheap prices, 3 for 100 Baht!! DAMN NICEEE :) Bought quite a few as well hahaha! And their make up products are pretty good as well! I loveee this shop :) Been there like 3 or 4 times throughout our trip hahaha!
So we headed over to Chinatown to have dinner with my parents! :) Dinner was good, the dimsum were so cheap & good!! :) Esp the hargow & siewmai damn niceeeeeeeee :> The oyster omelette was good as well! This is a pretty famous Chinese Restaurant I guess, my parents & I will always come here when we head to BKK! Then we had cheng teng for desserts @ some road side stall haha. There's a whole lot of variety of stuffs she put in ohwells, I only had a few mouthfuls of ice!
Then we went back to have an early night! Thanks to Janice who passed me the SIM Card she bought from BKK, it was easy & cheap contacting over there! The guys & my Dad got 1 as well! Its cheaper to make IDD calls as well I think? Should get 1 when you're there at BKK if you're tgr with your friends & your would go seperate ways :)
Actually we didn't really have an early night, if I'm not wrong we slept at like 2am? Because we were so excited, we played the ultimate funny cheat!! Here's a photo of us planning our itinerary for day 2 & Chris Lim falling asleep like a log because he became a thief the night before.
Here are some photos of us with the hotel tuktuk! Hahaha yes all of us managed to squeeze on it as well! Hahaha with 2 people sitting infront with the driver lol. Even my parents can squeeze with us knowww, koooooolios.
The whole day was shopping shopping & shopping, shopping till we drop hahaha. And we had an amazing story!! The guys took 1 of our big packages & lost it!! :O We were very upset & moody after that but we happened to go to a shop that we bought like probably 50 singlets from & they kept it for us!!! :D I LOVE BKK!!! :D Hahahaha!
And you got to see this, after hoursss of shopping here's what the guys got & here's what we got:
Hahahaha wth right!! They only got ONE BAGFUL of stuffs! We've got SEVERAL BAGFULSSS of stuffs!!
And so they became our heroes :)
Hahahha them trying their best to flex their muscles esp Chrisssy! Hahahah :) And SEE, they already lost our package!! The big red plastic bag you would have seen in the above photos tskkk. We continued walking more & more till dinner time!
Then it was dinner @ the vicinity of my parents' hotel & they've got some pasar malam stalls kind till 2am so we had to shop moreeee :) Hahaha yay we've fulfilled the main aim of this trip. SHOP TILL WE DROP :):)
Hearing about rants on how cheap manicures are in BKK, we girls were dying to try it!! It might be time consuming but its worth itttt :) So we settled down at some roadside stall to do our nails since it was cheap! Bread wanted watermelon nails badly & see the main picture hahahaha damn funny! That was what the manicurist thought she wanted, a SLICE of watermelon hahaha! But what she wanted was the picture below laaah. So cute of the manicurist but she's damn nice :) Both of them, she & her bestfriend :) And its my 1st time doing my nails till pass midnight hahaha wth. Was damn tired while waiting for it to be done, almost dozed off!
Okay it has been a long entry! I'll post the 2nd part of our trip in the next post! :) I had greaaaaaaaat fun in BKK & I can't wait to go back there again or another trip somewhere else with the same clique!! :)
