I have decided to take a concerted effort to eat better. I am not sure if today has met my own criteria, but I am working on it. I have a philosophical belief that one should not eat artificial and processed foods, given the opportunity. Sadly, eating such foods has been my modus operandi for many, many years and I feel it is important to practice

This is exactly why we got the Rogue, which I HIGHLY recommend for the following reasons
