Ok, so I finally asked my boss about the interview, and of course he was totally fine with it! So they are coming here tomorrow morning at 9:30. I am excited and very nervous. What will I wear? I have some cool looking chemistry to do tomorrow for them- a work up that is blue! That will look cool- me shaking my giant sep funnel! That probably doesn’t mean anything to you…
I have SO much to do this week! We have our holiday expo bout Saturday, and I volunteered to do a lot, and this interview on top of it. They will also interview me at the bout. I am the assistant manager or something for merch, so I have to help with that, I also volunteered at the last minute to coordinate a bake sale at the bout. Lastly, I also volunteered to play the national anthem in a quintet- four flutes and a harp! I haven’t picked up my flute in years, but earlier this week I practiced the part, and I didn’t think it was half bad! I was actually quite surprised, because last time I played I was really upset with my abilities.
