I have a history of fainting, its usually heat / low blood sugar and low blood pressure related... my only tip is to eat properly that tends to sort your blood pressure out enough for blacking out to not be a huge problem :)
Yes, it used to, before medical practises improved and hospitals could tell when people were really still alive. Very little is known about the drug, but the Japanese are still allowed it in small quantities in the fish they eat, which is why a well-prepared Fufu is as highly regarded as it is. Lobbyists are trying to make it illegal, but they haven't succeeded yet. Until then, we could still get zombies in Japan.
