Try South Beach. I did it the first time this summer and I dropped 30 in like 8 weeks. Long story short, I weighed 250 In January. This has been a long road.
Meh. Not big on the diet-fad things. It's also not healthy to lose more than one or two pounds a week. Right now I am just really concentrating on doing cardio and building muscle.
YOU WILL NOT SPEAK OF SUCH THINGS ABOUT MY TERRI! SHE HAS BEEN MINE SINCE THE DAYS OF "LOIS AND CLARK"! THE MAGYVER DAYS DID NOT COUNT, SHE WAS AWKWARD.

I've been working out for two weeks and I don't think I've lost that much.
