I'm working on a pressie too, but it will be a little late!

Does anyone out there quilt or know about it? I don't and don't intend to. This is pure curiosity. What's the difference b/t Fat Quarters, Quarter Flats, and Fabric Quarters? I find them useful sometimes, but I just don't know the difference, what with them being the same size and all.

I've always loved this song and the whole album, but I've particularly liked this verse for years. I wrote a couple of e-mails lately to the appropriate politicians on two entirely different issues. One went to the Governator, and I have to say that writing "Dear Governor Schwarzenegger" was really hard to do. It felt pretty ridiculous, but then he won't read it anyway. OK, I went to high school with this guy named Josh Fried. (I also went to high school w/ Jack Abramhoff, FWIW.) Josh was one of those incredibly intelligent people with a weird sense of humor, and he was, basically, an utterly cool geek. First of all, I'm really enjoying BTVS, Season 8, which, if you don't know, is a series of comic books overseen (and some written) by Joss. It basically tells us what happens after Season 7, and there are story arcs and one-shots, just like the series.
