Instead of celebrating, he's really just pissed--no matter what he does to try and relax, he ends up screaming into a pillow or throwing something at the wall.. yes, sort of like a teenage girl having a temper tantrum.
So, random country entering his house, care to wish him a happy birthday? It will obviously end well.
