Need sleep. And painkillers. These sporadic headaches are getting quite worrying. Trying to avoid taking any pills, as am concerned that they may be caused by meds. Or coffee, but can't stop drinking coffee.

What a life.

It may be the coffee, or too many painkiller, however, it may also be that you have a back or neck problem caused by posture, stress, and general tension (lack of sleep won't help either with the last two) and work worries; or just growing too much.

Does your job have workplace massage or shiatsu, as that may prove beneficial if just getting up stretching and walking around don't help.

See, I'm not actually worried all that much. And I sleep no less than usual - it just feels like I need more of it, since doing anything wears me out so much.

Work doesn't have massage, unfortunately, but I actually find it INCREDIBLY distressing anyway (personal space issues), so no big loss. :)

Hmm, but don't you typically not sleep very much at all because of gaming, the internet, social life etc? Or have you been better at getting sleep lately?

Oh and now I know not to offer you a backrub then! ;-) Would a *hug* help though?
