Um, I came this way via a the friends page of a friend and I just had to say that this was wonderful. I've had this conversation with another friend recently -- there are so many fics which completely screw up Sirius' and Remus' characters. You have defined them both beautifully here, through Remus' point of view. I enjoyed all the details you put in and I loved the scene with Lily.

Ok, I'm in tears right now! I love this story! Some parts just made me so horribly sad and I love how I can get that kind of affect from a story. I love how everything is so detailed. It helps the story so much. Remus was characterised so well. Sirius was too. They were so realistic. The whole story is just extremely believable.

This story was heart wrenching. gah! *adds to memories* It was just so well written. I can't even go on to express on much I like this story. So, wonderful work sweetie. *huggles* It was just wonderful.

Amazing, I've never liked the remus/sirius pairing, even less anything that had to do with the veil, but you really made me feel it.

What a beautiful story of regret. It was so honest, so bitter, so ... gah. Absolutely wonderful, gave me shivers and brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for this, is was so lovely. I'd also love to see what Sirius was thinking all this time, if you were thinking of writing some more. Cuz, well, I will be hanging over your shoulder waiting with baited breath :).

Aw, thank you! ^_^ *huggles* I'm very, very glad you liked it. Unfortunately, I don't think there'll be a Sirius equivalent: I hadn't actually considered it until now, and since this bunny was so Remus and so bloody depressing, I don't think it'll happen.

Then again, you never know. I will file the idea away... ^_~

Oh, and the RP, while I remember (and before I send my next bit, because right now Sirius is somehow lost for words): I also initially thought we'd just write our character, but then I realised that there were some things I really wanted Sirius to say and didn't want to leave Remus's responses and prompts up to chance! ^_~ As long as we mainly write our character's actions and thoughts, though, we should be all right...

S'ok about the RP thing, now I won't feel so bad when RL gets in the way of writing ... i think it's great if we really want a character to say something, we can make 'em. *smirk* and i am a bit of control freak as well, so np.
