Hi everyone. Big news with me...I've started juicing. I'm hoping if I drink enough carrot juice I'll turn orange in time for summer.

What do you do with the leftover pulp? It seems like there should be a way to bake a really weird fruitcake out of it or something.

Yeah they say you can use it in muffins or soup stock etc...I've just been giving it to my mom to compost. I've always eaten a lot of fruit but veggies not so much, so I have started eating more veg in general but with juicing I get all the servings and then some. Suppposedly all the nutrients stay intact through juicing, but you don't get the insoluble fiber of course.
