US vs. Ghana

I just now got to watch the US vs. Ghana game (I was at work while it was on). I have to say, I'm very disappointed. The penalty kick resulting in the second Ghana goal was, I think, undeserved. Still, I guess it doesn't matter that much, since we still would only have tied without it, and still would not have advanced to the round of sixteen.

I agree. Also, it was just not a pretty game all around--neither team was really making plays or looking very world cup-y, with the exception of our goal which had a just beautiful set-up. Compared to Croatia-Australia, it was like watching a high school game. Booo. Ghana still deserved a lot more to go on to brakcets than we did....
