It's hard to find something to believe in. People say to believe in yourself, but then there are all of these people who have mental breakdowns and just can't mentally deal with trauma or other situations, and I can't help but think, "Obviously there wasn't much in that person worth believing in."
It's hard to believe in God because there is no proof he exists, and putting faith in something that could so easily abandon you or turn out to be fake is slightly foolish, in my opinion.

You don't have to believe in anything. Believing in emotions is pretty foolproof, though. And human stupidity. ^_^
