Today, I went to Capitol Hill to see Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Col.) talk about his proposed immigration reform. It was fantastically right-winged. Pretty much he wants to deny anyone who is born in the U.S. whose parents are not citizens themselves the right to U.S. citizenship and wants visa quotas down to zero. Yay democracy.

This just sounds so surreal. It's incredible really. I can only imagine how everyone must've freakin' bowed down to him. Ugh. :P

As for Pride and Prejudice... I have caught the film version on HBO. And yes, I actually sat down and watched the entire thing... twice. I don't judge.
