Well I talked to The Star office manager and it turns out I may not be getting paid at all. Since I left for Washington, she figured I wasn't there working, so I wasn't getting paid. Not to be heartless or anything, but when I read "I just believed I would be getting money from the Star," I had to lol... But only because we allll know how that goes at the Star. Old Ms. So-and-So will find any reason not to pay the employees. And it's probably your fault. :P

Anyway, sucks that you had to ask for help. I felt so free this summer because I didn't have to ask for money at all... Then the damned school charged me $700 for this stupid internship class. Turns out, because of this, I will not be turning a profit AT ALL!

No I don't blame you. I should have known something like that was coming. What upset me most was she just assumed I wasn't getting paid. She didn't even bother to ask Bob.

D.C. is so damn expensive. I miss HEB and Wal-Mart. And I hate Wal-Mart, but seriously, I'm tired of paying $5 for a bottle of shampoo that should cost $2.50.
