I don't think I would have finished the set as quickly if I hadn't needed an excuse to make myself some icons of that scene. This probably doesn't surpise you. XD
Omg this bloody show, the Treville icons you mention were actually the worst, because the scenes in that room manage to be both too blue AND too yellow at once (idk how much graphics editing you do, but blue and yellow are on the opposite ends of a spectrum, so how is that even possible?).
So the first thing I did was to add more blue and cyan -- to caps of a show that is already ridiculously blue. D: I'm still not 100% happy with my Treville icons, but I'm super happy I at least made some, because the lighting in his office is even more awful than in the palace and those are the only two places he appears in. Unless he's skulking in the shadows somewhere. It's like the show is actively mocking me
( ... )
It really really doesn't. xD IT MUST HAVE BEEN SUCH A HARDSHIP ON YOU! SO GLAD YOU TOOK ONE FOR THE TEAM! xD
so how is that even possible? Maybe the cardinal's witch-theory wasn't that far-fetched after all... but yeah I feel you on that. When making caps for the tfln-blog I usually try to at least lighten the scenes up so people won't just see black blobs talking to each other - which ends in everything looking really green. God damn it, this show XDD
, because the lighting in his office is even more awful than in the palace and those are the only two places he appears in He does that so his musketeers aren't just BLOOOOOOWN away but how utterly hot their superior is. He hides his awesome with murky lighting and back light everywhere xD
a mighty halo of dusty back lighting Oh yeah isn't it great when you almost can't see who is talking to each other because YOU ARE BLINDED BY THE SHEER MIGHT OF THE SUN ON A LOVELY AFTERNOON IN PARIS. REALLY, SHOW. THANKS.
These are lovely, and I have snagged most if not all the Treville and Richelieu ones, a couple of d'Arts and a Porthos or three ;) I will of course credit you when using them.

are excellent as well - looks like d'Art stole the cardinal's robe XDD
Such a perfect colouring job you did on all of these! One might even get the impression that this show isn't full of blue filters xDD

Well, that's better than my guess that he's some kind of vampire. Because vampires suck. o___o
