I hope my boyfriend don't mind it

In covering "I Kissed a Girl" by Katy Perry, British band McFly succeeds in becoming truly subversive--unlike Perry, who has not even kissed a girl, at least as of 10 June 2008, and dodges charges of misogyny, misandry, and homophobia with disingenuous disclaimers.

I love this version! I'd also like to see a gay pop star (i.e., Will Young) cover this song along with Annie's "I Know UR Girlfriend Hates Me". Fun!

Speaking of Sam Sparro, he has a very nice live cover version of Estelle's "American Boy". Which actually sounds better than the original.
