Ok. I know nothing about birds except that they have feathers and that some taste good when cooked. J is trying to change all that and that's cool with me. We got to this this enormous condor yesterday and I have to admit that I was floored. It has to be the most gigantic flying bird I have ever seen in my life. There was someone... I'm thinking Frank Lloyd Wright, but I don't recall for sure, could have been Aldous Huxley... who said something like "I believe in god, only I spell it NATURE." I guess that's sort of how it is for me. There's so much wonder in the natural world, so much I'm fascinated by...

I'll just sneak in day trips to see nature stuff while you're busy filming. You know I love surfing and pubs, and I'd love to see all your old stomping grounds. And of course hear all the dirt about your co-stars *grins*

You're going to get to go to New Zealand with him? I'm going to have to come and visit. I was with Seth last year when he filmed in Wellington and I've been wanting an excuse to go back to any part of it. You're going to LOVE it, J. Seriously. Amazing every which way.
