today, someone I went to school with died. she ran track, has a brother a year younger than me. she was really nice. very smart. her brother is nice too. there mother died 2 years ago of cancer, breast cancer i believe. even though I never said one word to her, ever since I have heard about her death all I can think about are the people that did

someone died in my town last night/this morning. he drove his car into the river. wait, scratch that. he drove a car that was stolen from a house across the street from me into the river after running it into another car two streets away. he was 23 and didn't live around here.

i'm sorry to hear about that girl. there's been a lot of death & awful accidents around me since i got home. my mom called me tuesday after getting in an accident. thank God she was ok. all this awfulness makes you really appreciate what you do have. death sucks, but the fact is its real & that somehow makes life all that more precious. ::hugs::
