Have you gone to taaz.com? You can upload a picture of yourself and try different cuts/styles/colors on then print it out. TBH, I've had great luck with the cheapy places if I take in a picture of what I want.

I don't dislike them; I just am too old to fit in, even if I did get an emo haircut with purple streaks. I hate being conspicuous.

And, believe me, I'd come back to Florida in a heartbeat.

I'm physically young enough to get away with it, but I'm too "grown up" if you know what I mean. I had funky hair back in high school... I think by your mid-20s it's time to start behaving like an adult.

I do know what you mean. You don't need to be boring or unattractive, but it's okay to look like an adult.

It's bad enough to be fat, but to be fat and stand out for it? Ugh. I hate that everyone is looking at me and thinking I'm cornfed.

I understand the whole hair crisis thing. I just don't know what to do with mine. It's long and I don't want it short but I don't want to do anything with it than pull it back. Some would say just cut it but then those people don't know how my hair looks short when the weights off and it frizzes and curls up worse.

Mine is fine and wavy, so it's "Do I work with the curl and let it be, or do I blow dry it every day?" But I worry that curly isn't professional enough, but then, it's not like I have oodles of time in the morning to style it, between getting myself ready and Sarah ready. But I hate feeling frumpy.

Argh.
