I have returned from the East Coast with Sarah (who was very good on the plane, for which I am grateful). I am glad to be back with Peter again.

I think I might have SAD--two weeks at the sunny beach and I felt great, and I come back to fog central and I'm tired and cranky.

Sounds very likely. Keep an eye out for used light boxes. I love mine, and I don't think I even have SAD, I just love light.
