1) Calling a woman with whom you disagree or whose behavior you disapprove of a "whore". A whore is someone who has sex for money, not someone who does something you don't like. To use the word to express disapproval is misogynist and just mean. Don't do it ( Read more... )

I can't disagree with you on anything here, but I do have a caveat to add to the breastfeeding bit.

If you are a breastfeeding mother, please excercise some consideration for others, and don't just whip your boob out in a public setting. At least carry a blanket.

1) Agreed. I hate that more than anything. Or, if not a whore, then a skank or a bitch or a slut. *rolls eyes

2) It should not amaze me what people will wank over, especially breastfeeding. After all, isn't the majority of wank usually over who breastfeeds and who doesn't? LOL.

Oh, bitch and slut annoy me too. And don't get me started on calling a man a bitch. Grrr.

And the thing is, moms can't win. If you don't nurse, you're selfish and not doing the best for your kid. If you do, you must do it only in private and apparently just not go out until your kid is weaned. It's a catch-22.
