That was a whole shit ton of TL;DR.... was she basically blaming the press for this? That's what I got out of it.

I was struck by the fact that her writing skills are awful. Most governors don't RANDOMLY use all-caps or surround "important" words in quotes. Or quote a refrigerator magnet.
