Congratulations!!!!! Will this help with the problems you have with feeling like you are living in too busy an area?

Yes, definitely. Now we live right downtown, and are seven blocks from the nearest park. There's nothing green around, and we live near a freeway off-ramp, so it's noisy.

The new house is in a residential neighborhood, and has a big green front yard, and a fenced backyard. The fence is stone and covered with ivy. It will be so nice to work in the kitchen and rest my eyes looking out the window at something green, rather than watching traffic go by.

If you and T are ever in San Francisco, you must come see us.
