It's stupid of him to be in the Corellian district just now, he knows that. It's not safe for anyone who isn't Corellian, not in the current climate, especially not for Jedi

Barit's definitely not pleased to see Ben. The kid's a Jedi, so he's in with the Alliance, no matter what Corellian relatives he might have. Things are changing quickly, and if the kid's Jedi, he can't be a friend.

Hands in his pockets, he gives Ben a cynical look.

"What were you doing there?"

Ben wrinkles his nose at the memory.

"Getting a faceful of gas."

One hand drifts behind his back, where a blaster's tucked into the waistband of his pants.

"So was I."

Ben looks at him and adds, carefully, "When I say I saw you, I mean I saw you with a weapon."

Shooting at a police officer; only Ben's quick thinking (and well-drilled lightsaber skills) had saved the man from a nasty injury, or death.
