Some do, some do not. I think it has alcohol in it. I don't know. I can't take it anyway. I am allergic to like every over the counter drug ever. :\ Oh well.

citric acid,
flavor,
high fructose corn syrup,

And more. I think they're being a little sketchy with the "flavor" one.

I don't know about NyQuil...but I don't understand those without a little Smirnoff Ice in their life from time to time...
