Hey. I just need your help guys about what I am experiencing right now. Whenever I try to enter Astral world, there is something out there that's been following me. Erin Pavlina mentions in her book that you need to use light as a weapon and shield. You can shoot light at negative entities and it should get them away. You need to be our of your physical body and in your astral body.
