I am debating about opening an account on etsy for my costumes and other misc/random things I make. I have been using ebay but lately I have not been getting the sales that I would like to get and everything I will be selling I am using to pay off my credit card. It isn't like I do not make enough I just want to be able to pay more than just the

My answer to this is kind of a "why not have an etsy account?" The fees are WAAAYY cheaper than eButcher, and you have an audience that specifically goes there to find crafty items. The only problem you're going to have is marketing your stuff to effectively garner continuous sales.

I get sales, but it's not a monthly thing, nor are they often for high amounts, but if you consider that I can list 5 items for about a $1.20, then selling one $20 item basically pays for a lot of fees. And the items stay listed for months, instead of just a week with eBay, so you can make a posting and just leave it up there until someone who wants it, buys it.
