Merry, Merry, Merry! ;D
I worked today but, with no bosses in, I could actually get some real work accomplished. That's actually a darn good thing! Casino auditing does not stop for holidays. It's a 365/24/7 proposition.
But lots of merriment to keep everyone's spirits up and then off to my darling Miki's for dinner and gifts.
Yum and much, much love!!! She's not been tip-top as of late. So now with her getting better, I'm over the moon to spend Christmas with her and her mom. *lovessomucccch!*
And at last home to the end of the TBS Christmas Story all day marathon ("You'll shoot your eye out, Ralphie!") and then Smallville (It is so truly sad how SV is having an honest to goodness semi-decent season without its best player, dag-nab-it!) and Supernatural repeats! Heh, my one late night a week anyway just for my pretty boys, even with my favorite one of all missing!
I'm still chuckling so much over PG Porn: Peanus and A Very Peanus Christmas. *snerk* Michael, Michael, Michael, you insane thing. Please don't ever change.
So, here I am at home and I finally got to open your delightful pressies, Kar! There was no way I could open them at 5:00 AM when I was getting ready for workies.
Russian nesting dollies! *squeals in sub-sonic levels!* They're the one thing I never had in my collection. *loves on you so, so, so dang much!*
Hmmm, recognizes my beloved Avon box in the second package and I promise you, more squeals erupted. Purty! I love my butterfly box so much. :D
And everything is purple-ly and lavender-ly! Whee!
*Squishes my pretty calendar even!* I have decided I must Google the location of each pic every month so I can learn more! :D Hee, at least until I can finally, finally visit you, that is. *still has this as a goal somehow, someday*
And lovely puppy card and Mikie happy, fuzzy, hairy pics right near my PC. You are such an angel.
I have beautiful towels and Brioski (don't ask! *weg*) and bath products fun and a gift card from darling M! *squishes you too*
Gift cards from workies and friends and all sorts of fandom fun, including the SV calendar and a great Marvel *all* the heroes calendar! Purty! Even some Barbies. Who knew? Heh, my co-workers know me. Oh, and truffles! And my lovely friend, Penny, at work, made everybody customized address books. I got the Flash!
I am beyond grateful and did not expect any of this. All I could do were cards and mini candy bags, but everyone thanked me profusely. It was very fun.
I didn't even get close to doing cards for my beloved flisties (and I STILL have two packages to mail and about a dozen cards! Yes, I do indeed sucketh so very, very much! I truly do plead exhaustion. *sigh*), but still I received some. Talitha78, your card just came yesterday!
