It feels very right that Kara would help with the practical part, and then, not finding the words, would do a prayerful act that would resonate with Laura on so many levels.They're so spiritually in tune with each other here, with Laura's physical weakness and Kara's strength. Beautiful, sad, and that little bit of hope...lovely.

Kara is practical here and doesn't make a big deal about Laura's weakness. I think Laura would find that more comforting than anything Kara could say at this point. I love the silent understanding and support that exists between them.

I think I'm going to try poking around with the religion aspect of their lives more, its quite intriguing.
