We'll be looking in the NW 'burbs: Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton, Northglenn....maybe Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Erie.

We met with a realtor named Susan McFadden when we looked at homes in Arvada once. I liked her a lot--she seemed very no-nonsense. Of course, we haven't actually made any purchases or anything, but if we ever do decide to move down there, we plan to contact her again. I believe you can find her on www.ziprealty.com
