I helped my Sister and Brother (in law) move into their new apartment today that was great fun. I love doing physical work when it has a purpose. most of the time I am pretty lazy but if I can do something for a reason I am all for it. Helping people is a good reason

it is not the destanation that is important, it is the path on witch you walk on and who you bring with you on it
if you are walking to a certin place then you are focased on that place and not on the person you are walking with
but if you are just walking then you can concentrate on them and that is what that meens to me

Some people are like Slinkies. . . not really good for anything, but you can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.
