Also--i'm doing a nutrition talk at church and oen thing we're going to talk about is substituting for canned cream soup. You posted a recipe for a cream soup base that was healthier without all the sodium. Can you give me the link? Thanks!

The cream soup base recipe is both on http://www.rachelsrecipes.blogspot.com and also several posts back in my journal. The source for that recipe is the More With Less Cookbook by Doris Longacre.
Oh and I have a recipe for making up a white sauce base mix (just add water and flavourings). I've had mine in the fridge for a month or two and it's still all good. If you want that recipe let me know and I'll get it to you tomorrow.
