I'm not crazy, am I?

We watched "Stranger Than Fiction" last night. It is now in my top ten movies of all time. Is it just because I haven't watched a non-cartoon film, uninterrupted for so long, or is this movie *that* good?

Seriously. I loved it. I might go watch it again if Alex goes to sleep.

I adore that movie too. I just bought it with some others at a pre viewed 4 for $20 sale at blockbuster. Also good, that I saw around the same time as that - Lady in the Water. Character driven with fantastic development and spectacular cinematography.

I haven't seen Lady In The Water. I read the book, and hubby heard some bad reviews (plus, he doesn't like scary movies to begin with). But I may have to go rent it now.

I think one of the reasons why it tanked was because it was so different than his other movies. There is no twist at the end. It's just a simple story. The other reason I think is because it was marketed TERRIBLY. They put it out there like it was this crazy creepy scary film, and it's just not that. There are some suspenseful moments, but nothing horror movie esque at all. I hope you enjoy it if you see it!
