I went to the eye doctor today. She asked me whose glasses I was wearing. I guess that should've been a clue that things were going to get weird.

My current glasses are -6.75 and -6.25. The preliminary eye tests showed I need glasses in the -3.75 range. That's a whole 3 point improvement. That doesn't happen. The eye doctor figured there was an

I thought it was bizarre. I went from -4.0 in both eyes to -3.5 in one and -3.25 in the other.

my brother had the same thing happen. he almost doesn't need glasses now. he swears it because he eats tons of carrots AND because glasses are a "crutch" and he regularly takes them off and "exercises" his eyes, trying to see without the glasses, looking at different distances.
