Ryan, I'm sorry I left before we could finish our conversation. I felt really sad when you told me about him. About him having a girlfriend, though... there are some kind-hearted people in this world. You never know.

Other questions you can ask yourself, though, are ...does he have a new appreciation for life, perhaps coming that close to death? Is he in fact, happy? We don't know. It could be anything.
