We went to our first concert in Baltimore last night: KMFDM. Lots of fun. Seems that an industrial scene does exist in this area, though I'm sure a fair number of people in the crowd were transplants from the DC area.
But maybe there's still a scene here (we did go to a Friday goth night that was pretty sparse; maybe the Saturday night is better

Yeah, I definitely don't want to judge Ascension based on the one night I've been there (small number statistics and all). Me and the boy really liked the music, but there were about a dozen people there, even after midnight. We recently moved here from Boston and are in the process of getting to learn more about the city. It's rough coming from a place where we were really settled and knew a lot of people and a lot of different scenes to have to start at the beginning again! But hopefully with more time here, the more fun things we'll get to discover :)
